Who we are

Data we collect

Booking and holiday-enquiry forms: name, email, phone, number of participants, preferred dates, level and optional message.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: whatever information you choose to share.

Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised browsing data via Google Analytics.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your requests, organise your lessons or holiday, and confirm prices and availability. We never sell or rent your data, and we don’t send marketing without your agreement.

Where your data goes

Your requests reach us by email via Formspree (formspree.io) and are stored in our reservation manager hosted by Supabase (secure database). WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

These providers act as technical processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Functional cookie: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language (essential, no consent needed).

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (_ga and similar) — set only if you click “Accept” in the banner. You can decline with no impact on how the site works.

Data retention

Booking requests are kept while being handled and then for a maximum of 3 years for customer follow-up, unless the law requires otherwise.
