— Certification · IKO
IKO certified kitesurf instructors in Essaouira.
IKO certification is not a marketing badge. It is a guarantee that every lesson follows safety and progression protocols verified by an independent international organisation.
— IKO certification
What IKO guarantees.
Global safety standard
The IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) sets the worldwide standards for kitesurf teaching. An IKO-certified instructor must follow strict safety protocols, student-to-instructor ratios and curriculum requirements.
Structured curriculum
The IKO program is divided into progressive modules: from kite control on land to independent riding on water. Each step is signed off by the instructor before moving on. No shortcuts in the learning process.
Certified instructors
Only instructors who have passed the IKO examination can deliver this training. Mohamed Achhibat is IKO certified — a guarantee of quality and safety for every lesson.
